App Store support URL for the RanchNVR iOS app.

RanchNVR is operated per NVR. If you already have access, the person who created your account (the ranch or site operator) is the right place for passwords, cameras, and footage.

Existing customers

Sign in at https://nvr.ranchnvr.com. Use Account on the NVR to change your password or TOTP, and to revoke a lost phone. This marketing site cannot reset NVR logins or show video.

App or listing questions

For the App Store listing or the pages on this domain, email support@ranchnvr.com. That mailbox is for the product, not a substitute for your NVR operator.

What we cannot do from here

• We cannot view or export your cameras from ranchnvr.com.
• We cannot recover a username without the operator’s help.
• There is no public community of other people’s live cameras.
